How to use
How to use
For the preparation, heat water in a 200 ml pan, as soon as the boiling starts, add the dittany 0.5-1 gr and leave it on the fire for a few more seconds, take it off the heat and leave it covered for 3-5 minutes. Drink cold, if you want add a little orange peel and honey. Dittany is not suitable for children and pregnant women.
